About Cookies
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies are used to make sites work correctly, to remember preferences, and sometimes to measure usage or personalise advertising. The present Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used across the AUGMA services (www.augma-ai.com and app.augma-ai.com) and is issued in application of articles 82 of the French Data Protection Act and of the CNIL's 2020 guidelines on cookies and other trackers.
Our Approach
AUGMA uses strictly-necessary cookies only. We do not deploy advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or LinkedIn Insight), social-network cookies, or any cross-site profiling technology. As a result, no consent banner is required under CNIL doctrine — every cookie we set falls within the exemption for "cookies strictly necessary for the service explicitly requested by the user".
Cookies on www.augma-ai.com (marketing site)
The public marketing site does not set any cookie by itself. Language is determined by the URL path (/ for English, /fr/ for French), not by a cookie. Hosting infrastructure (Vercel) may issue short-lived technical cookies strictly necessary for load balancing, bot protection, or preview-deployment access.
Cookies on app.augma-ai.com (AUGMA application)
When you sign in to the AUGMA dashboard, the following strictly-necessary cookies are set on app.augma-ai.com:

Third-party Cookies During Payment
When you start a subscription, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout on a Stripe domain. Stripe may set its own strictly-necessary cookies for fraud detection and 3-D Secure authentication. These cookies are governed by Stripe's own Cookie Policy (stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal). AUGMA does not receive or store those cookies.
What We Don't Use
In the interest of transparency, we explicitly confirm that the following categories are NOT deployed on any AUGMA surface:
- Advertising cookies (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, TikTok, Criteo, etc.).
- Third-party behavioural analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, FullStory, etc.).
- Social-network cookies from external embeds.
- Cross-site profiling, re-targeting, or audience-synchronisation pixels.
Managing Your Cookies
Even though our cookies are strictly necessary, you can block or delete them from your browser settings at any time. Instructions for the major browsers:

- Mozilla Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Apple Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data

Note: blocking the strictly-necessary cookies listed above will prevent authentication and most interactive features of the AUGMA application from working correctly.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data processed via cookies, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you consider that the processing of cookies on our services breaches applicable regulations. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable regulations. The current version is the one published on this page, dated at the top.
